Messaging API and System Integration
Let LINE exchange data automatically with your booking, POS, membership, or in-house systems, with centralized management for multiple branches.
Who This Is For
- Merchants that already have a booking, POS, membership, or in-house system and want LINE to send and receive data automatically.
- Chain brands with multiple branches, each with its own Official Account, that want to manage them centrally.
Problems You May Be Facing
- Messages in LINE have to be copied into your system by hand.
- Staff send booking confirmations, shipping notices, and arrival notices one message at a time.
- With one account per branch, settings and data are scattered.
What We Do
- Accounts and credentials under your name: We help you create the provider and Messaging API channel under your own LINE Developers account.
- Webhook service: Receives messages and events, verifies signatures, and processes only requests that genuinely come from LINE.
- Automatic replies and proactive notifications: Reply to messages based on events, or proactively notify customers about booking confirmations, rescheduling, and arrivals.
- Connecting to your existing systems: Sync data through the APIs those systems make available; for systems without an API, exchange data through scheduled export files.
- Multi-store management: Each branch has its own channel, all managed in one service.
- Reliability: Retry on failure, error alerts, and activity logs.
Deliverables
- Integration architecture diagram
- Interface specification document
- Test report
- Operations manual
What You Need to Prepare
- API documentation or export formats for your existing systems.
- Test accounts and test data.
- A point of contact responsible for acceptance.
Security Practices
- The channel secret and access tokens are stored encrypted and used only when processing requests.
- Access tokens are short-lived; we do not use long-lived tokens.
- User data obtained through LINE is used only for your service and is not provided to third parties.
Timeline and Fees
- Fees are quoted according to the number and complexity of the systems being connected; we provide a timeline after the requirements review.
- Proactive notifications (push messages) count toward LINE's message count; whether reply messages are billed depends on LINE's announcements.
FAQ
Can you still connect my system if it has no API? Yes, we can exchange data through export files or spreadsheets, but it is less real-time. During the requirements review, we will explain what approach is workable for your system.
What happens to my accounts if I stop working with you? Your account, provider, and channel are all under your name and are unaffected. We hand back all configurations and documentation.
