SOPSellers' Open Protocol

FAQ

Do I have to replace my current systems?

No. We start from the systems you use today, and we make LINE work alongside them through APIs, export files, or by attaching booking links.

Whose name is the LINE Official Account opened under?

Yours. So are the provider and the Messaging API channel. We help with setup using the permissions you grant us.

How long does it take to go live?

For basic Official Account setup, we estimate 1 to 2 weeks once your materials are ready. System integration depends on scope, and we provide a timeline after the requirements review.

How is the cost calculated? Who pays LINE's fees?

We quote an implementation fee plus an optional monthly operations fee, based on your needs. You pay LINE's Official Account plan fees and messaging fees directly to LINE; we do not collect them on LINE's behalf.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

The AI answers only from data you have confirmed, and hands the conversation to staff when it is unsure. We test together before go-live, and you can change the replies at any time afterward.

Where is customer data stored? Is it used to train AI?

Data is stored in the cloud services we use; the vendors and their locations are listed on the Data Protection and Security page. We do not use customers' conversations to train AI models.

What happens to my data if I don't renew?

We hand back the configurations and documentation, and your data can be fully exported. After the export, we delete the copies we hold within the agreed period.

How do you manage multiple branches?

Each branch has its own channel, all managed in one service, and reports can also be viewed by branch.

Can you connect to my existing POS or booking system?

It depends on the APIs or export functions that system makes available. Tell us which system you use, and we will confirm what is feasible during the requirements review.
