Who We Are

SOP (Sellers' Open Protocol) is built for AI-native, next-generation agentic commerce. More and more customers use their own AI to find stores, compare prices and book. We help merchants connect their own business know-how to their customers' AI, while keeping that know-how and their customer relationships in their own hands.

We design, operate and maintain SOP (Sellers' Open Protocol) and all of its adjacent protocols.

Why SOP

Every trade has its own vertical knowledge: how prices are set, how classes are scheduled, what customers ask most, and how exceptions are handled. This is a merchant's trade secret, and it should belong to the merchant.

Today, the common approach is to upload that knowledge to one AI vendor after another. The vendors use your data to make their AI better, and you still pay a monthly fee to use your own knowledge. SOP works the other way around: the know-how stays with the merchant, customers' AI asks and books through an open protocol, and decisions that need a person go back to the store and the customer.

How We Work

• Keep your current systems: We start from the systems you use today. If we can connect to them, we do; if we can't, we say so plainly.
• Your accounts and data stay yours: The Official Account, provider, channel, and data are all under your name, and can be exported at any time.
• AI replies first, people take over: The AI answers only from data you have confirmed, and hands the conversation to staff when it is unsure.
• Straight answers: We quote only what we can deliver. Limitations and third-party fees are spelled out up front.
