Process
From the first consultation to ongoing operations after go-live, the work is divided into seven steps. Each step spells out what each side does and what is delivered.
| Step | What you do | What we do | Deliverables |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Consultation (about 30 minutes, free) | Describe your store and the problem you want to solve | Make an initial assessment of the right approach | Recommended direction |
| 2. Requirements review | Provide information on your current systems, accounts, and workflows | Identify what can be integrated and where the limits are | Requirements review sheet |
| 3. Solution design and quotation | Confirm scope and priorities | Design the workflows and estimate the timeline and cost | Solution description and quotation |
| 4. Contract signing | Review the quotation and terms | Arrange the schedule and points of contact | Signed contract or countersigned quotation |
| 5. Build and testing | Provide test accounts and take part in testing | Develop, configure, and test | Test records |
| 6. Go-live | Staff attend training and you confirm go-live | Run pre-launch checks, go live, and monitor the first week | Operations manual and go-live checklist |
| 7. Operations (optional) | Report issues and request adjustments | Monitoring, reporting, and adjustments | Monthly report |
